It is expensive but the quality and the feel impressed me the most, this is a really nice machine, the only negative I found, it felt big, heavy and a it is thick, not so portable, felt like a brick, but everything else was excellent, the whole feel, the color, the gold accents, the keyboard, the lighting of the keys, the glass track pad with haptic feedback, the sharp vibrant display, fast and snappy, everything was good about this machine, I loved it. Recommended. It feels expensive.

I upgraded to this from a Samsung Chromebook Plus V2(2018) and everything is a solid upgrade except for the speakers. The speakers aren't bad just not something I'd rely on for music. Display is very good for a non-oled, performance is excellent, keyboard/track-pad are solid. In my opinion the best part about this laptop is the build quality. It's built like a tank compared to most other Chromebooks.

I had a laptop like this but in 16-17in rather than a 14in. I had that laptop since 3rd grade, I am now a junior in highschool so it lasted me a long time until my laptop broke; it would not charge anymore and when I went to get it checked it would be more expensive to repair it. So I want to best buy cuz that's where I got my old one, I was hoping to get the same laptop but the guy told me it might have been discontinued. I asked if there was a similar one and this was it. It's exactly the same as my old one just smaller but I'm really liking it. The feel to the laptop doesn't feel like plastic or cheap, it's able to fully fold back, and it's touchscreen (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡

Chromebook has been great for my kids homeschooling assignments so far. It feels easier to navigate than our windows laptop. And I was surprised to see that it came with a small case to put it in.

Honestly the best quality I could’ve imagined for my first computer, still have yet to try to draw on it but I have really high hopes. Seems like it’s going to last awhile and I’ve had this for well over 6 months. Battery life could be better but for the touch screen and everything else I would say it’s pretty solid
