Alice Russell - I Am - VINYL LP

Lutoslawski / Krakowskie Trio Stroikowe - Polish Music Xx-Xxi Century [COMPACT DISCS] date 01/01/2000

A decade after her Top 4 debut album and countless high-octane collaborations, Ella Eyre finally unveils a body of work that is as unfiltered, fearless, and fully formed as she is. Her long-anticipated second studio album everything, in time is a self-curated collection of 15 songs where the London-born powerhouse steps into a sound that is rooted in rich soul, bold R&B, retro funk, and emotional truth. After a vocal surgery during lockdown forced her to literally relearn how to speak, Ella Eyre emerged with a clearer sense of self. She parted ways with her former tag, took her masters, and started again. Everything, in time is the result. From the bolshy, breakup anthem InchspaceInch to the gorgeous metaphor-laced InchkintsugiInch, Ella embraces sonic diversity and emotional honesty throughout, tying it all together with a voice that is unmistakably hers. Drawing on influences from Lauryn Hill and Amy Winehouse to Outkast and gospel choirs, the album offers a full-circle portrait of an artist coming into her own. With everything, in time, Ella Eyre not only reminds us that she's still here - she proves she never left. This album is both a culmination and a fresh start a bold declaration from one of British music's most resilient and recognizable voices.
