Q: Can you download pictures from your IPhone to the photo frame
A: No. You can connect a computer to the frame to do a direct transfer. Apple's proprietary formats for photos make this difficult unless you get a specialized USB connector that can translate. It will be best to download your Apple iPhone photos to your computer then copy them to an SD card or USB thumb drive. Use 32GB media drives or smaller in size.
A: Yes, you can disable the motion sensor function so that the frame will stay on and display pictures continuously.
Q: Do the photos automatically alter?
A: The frame we got is 4:3 format and the 16:9 photos show with at full width. Same for portraits that show full height. Black in unused space.
Q: Can you put in description of the photos
A: You can, but it's a small text based caption that appears at the bottom. You may be best using a photo editing program to do your captions, then send the photo to the frame.
Q: Does this hold a battery charge or does it have to be plugged in?
A: It has to be plugged in.
Q: What is the out put? Is it 110v-240v?
A: The input range of the adapter is 100-240V.
A: It will depend on how many pictures that you have in the frame as well. For 1GB of memory, there should be enough for 100-200 songs. The music will play in order and not random.
Q: What is the longest time you can have it display one photo before it transitions to another?
A: With this display it is 1 hour. However, there is a pause mode. You simply hit the OK button the remote control to pause the slideshow.
