Q: Will this work with a android phone?
A: I am a android user and it works wired or wireless with my android device. The device has a c cable attached to it or you can simply charge your android phone wireless.
Q: can i charge while I'm flying
A: You should be able to charge while on an airplane. You will need to call and check with the airlines as every airlines rules are different. Since it does not produce electromagnetic interfernce like a mobile phone does which gets signal from phone towers it should be fine but i would recommend verifying with the airline to be on the safe side.
