Q: How do I charge the Anker battery?
A: It comes with a short USB-C to USB-C cord which can be plugged in to a UBC-C charging block (not included). You may also use a USB-A to USB-C cord with a USB-A charging block, but I believe this will greatly increase the time to get the battery to a full charge. My understanding is that the USB-A port on the battery itself is output only and can't be used to charge the battery.
A: We would firstly let you know that the battery is able to supply 60%-70% power to other devices. Approximately 30-40% of the battery capacity is unable to be used because of efficiency problems that affect all electronics devices. These include power lost from circuit heat and voltage conversions from the battery, the charging cable and your device. To calculate roughly how many times the battery should charge your device you can use this formula: Capacity of the PowerCore*0.6~0.7) / Capacity of your device = Number of possible charges 20000 mAh * 0.6~0.7 /4000 mAh (Samsung Galaxy S21) = 300% to 350% From your description, this battery can charge 3 times to your Samsung Galaxy S21

A: 1. The input of the battery is 5V ⎓ 3A / 9V ⎓ 2A / 15V ⎓ 1.2A, if your brick can charge 15W/18W, you can use it. 2. You can charge the battery from the PD port, charge other devices from PIQ and PD port.
