Absolute disgrace ! Scratches, items missing
Absolute disgrace ! I ordered the open box version in EXCELLENT condition. According to the description of the open box items - EXCELLENT condition, it "Includes all parts and accessories" and the physical condition "looks like new". However, I received the ipad in full dirt, with visible big scratches both on the display and back sides. According to the description on bestbuy.com only open box items in GOOD condition may have MINOR scratches, but the item I paid for should have been in EXCELLENT condition. Moreover, both charger and cable are missing from the box !!! I demand immediate compensation !

Open item discount. What a deal.
It was a challenge to do anything on my new IPad. I am a senior citizen and have been an android user for 35 years. The kids told me I can master this. This was an open item and it didn’t come with any instructions but the grandkids said they are only a phone call away. Open itemIt was at a great price though.
