A: Since this tablet is unlocked I can take the sims card from my old tablet and put it in this one. I also can change providers anytime l want without worrying about fulfilling a contract.

A: A Unlocked device means that the device can be used with any data plan of your choice, whether it be at&t, t-mobile or etc. This ipad is the Wifi + Cellular version which allows for a sim card to be used and access the internet when wifi is not an option.
