A: You may buy the iPad at BestBuy and let them know that your carrier is AT&T. BestBuy will sell you an iPad that will be on AT&T's network. How much you pay depends on your current AT&T plan. Hope this helps.

A: You can open a BestBuy credit card or you can add to your cellular plan. I wanted the cellular component as well so I did an installment through my cellular provider at the BestBuy store.
