Because the earbuds are refurbished I can’t use find my which removes a main selling point of these headphones but I guess you get what you paid for. The sound quality is alright but there’s alternatives that are better for only $60 like the Melomanias. The main reason I got them is for the noise canceling and while I am slightly disappointed they still are very good, and I am a fan of transparency mode. I found the spatial audio feature to be one of the initially coolest things about these headphones though they are pretty gimmicky. I still think there a cool feature though. Solid headphones but I regret buying and I should have gotten over ear headphones instead.

I was hesitant when first buying a refurbished item but I honestly can’t see a difference from brand new. Sound is spot on and the case and earbuds looked brand new out of the box. Long lasting battery and the ringing feature for the earbuds and case is very nice to have if you’re prone to losing them.

I thought the AirPods would have some problems it’s been a month and no problems. The quality is very good when I receive them very squeaky clean. I said they were brand new. They feel brand new would definitely recommend this product.

Love them! Use them for work and for the gym. Haven’t had any problems. Battery lasts forever. The charging case is clutch. Very comfortable to wear and syncs perfectly with all my Apple devices!

Very good product. No difference from some new AirPods. The medium size ear gums are missing but I think that’s the higienícele thing to do. The AirPod itself is great! Great sound and noise cancelation and a lot of battery.

Work perfectly even though already open product noise canceling works great as well as transparency allows me to work and still able to hear others

Buy the ones with a usb-c port. I never have a lightning cable like ever and they are getting rid of them. But as far as quality in the actual airpods they are great. Noise canceling is good. Ambient listening is fantastic. Ive dropped them a lot and they still work.

Airpods came without the bud. However, they were great quality. I just wish I didn’t lose them so soon. The airpods came disabled in find my stating “the pods are mismatch”. Noise cancellation also wasn’t as promising.

I loved them, very functional, the battery lasts a long time, the sound is unique, you can't hear anything else, just your music.

This refurbished product is just a matter of luck, some may get a barely used item some may get a pretty used one. I myself didnt get the original box while some write review saying they got it with the box. I contacted an agent and the best they could do was give me a 5$ refund for not getting the original box. Apple ID of previous owner was still in. Didn’t get the M size earbuds either. Airpods work decent like the sound quality , but IMO not worth saving the 50 bucks for the experience and all the hassle. Maybe you could be the lucky one so Good luck

It came without the medium ear tip, the AirPods working good, but I really need the medium size.

I got mine after 1 days of order. It came with a original box and has everything except a medium ear and even though it has some minor scratches but it looks brand new. I test every functions and batteries, everything woork fine!! Save myself 80 bucks

I was very afraid of receiving a bad product, but I was surprised and a very good product comes, it seemed that I had been the first to open, I am very satisfied with my purchase, the only bad point was because silicone tips M didn't come but I didn't care because what was better for me was the XS.

I wish i could say i’m exaggerating, but when i say my jaw DROPPED the first time i put these in, i mean it. I was not expecting a pair of earbuds to have such amazing quality AND great noise canceling. these are AMAZING!!!

They work pretty good. I did have an issue with the transparency mode at one time the battery life does not last as long as Apple states it will but overall the sound quality is pretty good reasonable amount of base.

2nd gen better sound quality and main reason I got is the case has a speaker if lost which is a lifesaver recemend getting AppleCare cheap and Apple will replace for free when the battery eventually degrades

Great product even though it is refurbished which made me a little skeptical at first, but Im glad I went through with them because you can’t even tell the difference. I would recommend refurbished tech from Best Buy because it is untraceable from non refurbished products!

The all around best headphones I've purchased yet. They don't fall out of my ears when going for a run, I can skip songs, answer phone calls, and tune out any unwanted noise. The only downside is that sometimes one headphone won't have charged after I put them away the day before, but thankfully they charge fast.
