A: I was told a week ago buy a mobile manager that All iPhones sold at Best Buy are locked to a carrier. They no longer sell them unlocked that you have to purchase unlocks devices from Apple. Even if you purchase it online at the full price it’s up to the carriers discretion if they unlock it. He said the carriers they sell iPhone for Have a requirement to keep the iPhone active for 60 days if I’m right before they unlock it.
