I love my new IPhone 12 Pro. I had a XS Max and I wanted the new camera. The phone is faster, prettier and I love the options of the new camera. I shoot a lot of video and I can’t wait for the pandemic to end so I can shoot a lot of videos and test the power of the camera.

Long-time Apple fan. This phone is the best of the ones I have had. The size is a personal judgement but I like it. Almost tablet size but the speed, clarity and most of all, the CAMERA! Amazing pictures especially in low light.

Been years since the last time I upgraded my phone. It's everything I've been wanting eversince. Amazing photo quality, the design is superb!!

Splendid indeed. Still exploring the magical capabilities of this new device of mine, but the size of this multiline paragraph will not be enough to contain my excitement. My iPhone 12 Pro Max 5G 256GB is the ultimate computing machine ever created for personal use. This phone is hardly a phone. It is everything under the sun but a phone. It is where man and machine build a long lasting relationship that transcends space and time.

I love both apple and the samsung note series. This apple phone has been great and has impressed me. This new design is beautiful and fits in my hand with no issues. I love the apple care feature in my new car and the phone brings out so much in my vehicle. The only complaint is that apple left out the ear phones and the charging brick. For the price you pay for the phone that is not cool.

Beautiful phone with a variety of options. Charger not included. Hopefully I can transfer my old phone number from ATT to this new phone & new account. Looking forward to exploring what this phone has to offer.

Really love my new phone. Hate to say this but it has taken me 3 years to finally upgrade my phone. Due to the pandemic and also because I hate change. Now that I have the 12Max Pro and I am very pleased with purchase.

Great phone to get if your looking to upgrade. I like the way they designed the sides of the phone to be more square. It gives it a better grip on the phone. Camera quality is great and the new color is just way better than the rest of them. I was debating on the amount of GB i should get but came out to be i actually needed more. The more the better. Battery life is great, i haven't had any troubles with it yet. Really sleek look.

As this is my 8th IPhone over the years, it has been my most delightful one. From ease of the setup (thanks to ICloud backup of old IPhoneXSMax) recovering from old phone to new was less than an hour after getting phone from Curb pickup at BestBuy. The screen response was delightfully faster,;great battery life; nicer Apple App responses to the fully “SLR” camera functions that have basically almost retired all my digital cameras; it truly stands out as the Go-To for cell phone in 2020(I have competing products due to my work but they are destined to collect dust when compared to this phone) . True 5 Star performer and worth the wait. And even in pandemic, BestBuy rose to the occasion to put it in my hand in hours in December 2020 versus delivery in weeks offered by cell carriers and other retailers in my WNY area(where I usually go To for phones) I had looked at other iPhone 12 models prior to getting this which as definitely the direction to go in next cell phone acquisition but I am hooked on Display size(after Iphone7s, Iphone8s and IsMax ownerships) and haven’t seen any that matches up to the total offering that IPhone12ProMax delivers. If you want the best in your hand this is it and BestBuy will do it in fastest possible.

This is a nice-sized phone with a bigger screen for folks who like them. It’s not noticeably huge—in fact, I hardly notice a size difference from my iPhone X. I do find myself lovingly gazing at the deep colors of the Edge-to-edge OLED screen, just because it is so beautiful. The phone is faster and more responsive. The chunky edges feel satisfying in the hand. As for the camera, I took a picture of the full moon over the beach, and you can actually see the shadows of the moon’s craters. Depending on where you focus, you can get crisp detail or blurred distances. Photos tend towards vivid, but I like that anyway, so it’s a win. The zoom is noticeably better, with less distortion and crisper pixels. The pro max’s bigger speakers are clear and loud, and the phone seems to work better as a phone, with fewer “underwater” or unintelligible moments. Games are fast and beautiful, and apps open in a flash.

So far I LOVE it. Have not used it for video yet, which is one of the reasons I upgraded to this phone. Clear picture, great size, about the same to use as my 8 plus. Not sure I like the face id as when wearing a mask it does not recognize me so I have to put in a code. It goes into lock way too quick so I am always entering the code. Miss the thumb print. Do not like that it comes with the USBC cord but not a way to use the cord. Should atleast have an adapter form the USB to the USBC. WIth the price of the phone the least Apple could do is give you a way to use the cord they supply. Next they will stop giving you a cord. ARGHHHHHH

An excellent iPhone with the best camera I have ever seen on a phone. It has a long life and can be used for several years if it is well cared for.

I love this phone! The screen is larger. It is a little longer in height and heavier so I do need to make adjustments in how I carry it because it does stick out of my current small purse. I guess I will have to get a new one! It does fit nicely into my jacket pocket. The curved sides on my old phone made it more comfortable to hold than the current gem-cut sides, but it may be more sturdy. Sometimes the way I place my hands on the sides, it inadvertently takes screen prints or pictures which is irritating. Also when the phone rings, the icons are small at the top of the screen so you can select the wrong one to answer or put your finger over both. This may be software. I haven’t investigated that issue. I compared the 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max and there are minimal differences other than size and camera zoom. So if you want a larger screen and more Zoom, and can handle the additional size and weight, and the small irritations, go with the 12 Pro Max.

So far it has exceeded my expectations! What really blew me away is its size. I traded in an IPhone 8 plus and was surprised to find the body is the same size. At the same time the screen fills in the body, providing almost an inch longer picture. The 5G is definitely faster and the transition between the finger touch and facial recognition has been easier. Haven’t really put the camera through its paces but a night picture I took was spectacular.

I have always been a huge fan of Apple IPhone. When I heard they were coming out with the 12 Pro Max...I knew I had to get it. The camera, speed and weight are amazing. I upgraded from my IPhone XS Max so it has been a big upgrade for me. Make sure if you purchase this phone that you get the USB-C charger for it....it is sold separately and cost about $22 to get but overall love the phone. The battery last so much longer than my last IPhone.

The Apple 12 Pro Max is much faster than my prior iPhone 8. The 5G service has yet to be fully realized as it is not quite yet available everywhere I travel. The phone is a marked improvement. Great camera - not sure why anyone needs a separate camera given this function is so robust in newer smart phones. While a wonderful phone is so many regards, I still find it difficult justify its $1,200 price tag.
