I truly like the iPhone 7 including it's features. I received just a great deal the day I purchased the phone.

My wife is loving her rose gold iphone 7. First of all they price matched it and lowered about 50$ and i had no problem activating it with our current sim card

My signal strength is very low and this makes the phone even less dependable than my old iPhone 5s. I brought the phone in within a few days of my purchase at Best Buy and I was brushed off by a floor sales rep. My sales rep was not available. The floor sales rep who helped me when I brought the phone back in, looked at the phone, saw that it was on Sprint LTE (inside the store) and said it was fine. No other review, no other questions, no other offer to check the phone out. I had a trip to New Orleans scheduled and wasn't able to bring the phone back to Best Buy until my 14 day return time period had expired and, foolishly, I failed to get a record of my visit. While in New Orleans, I had poor telephone service. In fact, for two-three days I had no service at all; not inside the hotel and not outside. Voice mail messages would not come through for days truly for days. The phone would ring, but when I answered it the screen said "call failed." When I tried making a call I got the same "call failed" response. After receiving a call and getting the call failed message a voice mail notice would show, but the message might take two days to come through. Very poor service compared to my iPhone 5s with the same carrier. I used the "check my signal strength using the number *3001#12345#* and found my signal strength was -113; -130 is no signal at all and -50 is the best signal. I was told by my Best Buy Sales Rep that my upgraded service was improved over what I had with my iPhone5s. Is it the phone, Best Buy or Sprint? Best Buy won't say. Best Buy wouldn't even check it out.

Awesome iPhone. Best yet in my opinion. Faster operating system and clear picture.

I am in love with the red color! Besides that, I like that some money from the purchase of this phone goes to a good cause. The features are much better than my iPhone 5s! The camera takes amazing pictures (the live feature is cool too!) The battery can last a lot longer (just depends on how much you use it!) and the screen is a nice size. The only downfall is that you can't use the headphones that come with it at the same time when you're charging it. I already had wireless headphones, so it wasn't as big of a deal to me. If you're an iPhone user, I'd definitely recommend it!

I would have given the iPhone7 a five star rating except for the following reason-(Read on) I tend to skip over every subsequent generation of iPhone. So my first was iPhone5 (no 5s) iPhone6 (no 6s) and now the iPhone7. It is great in almost every regard: Retina Screen, Improved Camera, Speedier Processor, Better Battery Life and so on. Sounds good, right? Yes, except for the stupid idea to eliminate the 3.5mm headphone jack! Use the enclosed dongle for your legacy headsets or charge the phone...but you can't do both at the same time. Aftermarket combo dongles (Lightning jack and 3.5mm plugs) are supposedly on their way, but avoid at all costs the upcoming Apple Bluetooth earbuds. Ergonomically the worst design ever (constantly falling out of your ear canal), at least the plug-in versions keep them tethered together in case they fall out. I can see a bunch of people constantly going back to Apple for replacements when the Bluetooth versions pop out of the ear and get lost forever. At $150 a pair, that makes quite a pricey proposition. You have been warned!

I had the 7 for a while before upgrading to the Plus (came from a 6S Plus) and I have to say it's well worth the upgrade for the camera alone. Battery life is great and I haven't once found myself inconvenienced by the lack of 3.5mm headphone jack. They give you an adapter and a set of lightning headphone in the box, and it even allows for companies to make noise cancelling without batteries. And the waterproofing is phenomenal. I wish the home button weren't touch sensitive so I can at least check the time in cold weather, but to be fair I almost never leave home in the winter without my touch screen gloves anyway.

The iPhone 7 is the most powerful phone Apple has ever shipped, and the most confident expression of the company’s vision. iOS 10 is excellent, the camera is better, and the performance is plain fantastic. Rose gold is a great color and the battery lasts longer than the 6. This is a terrific phone and I'm sure we'll have no problems with it until the next upgrade cycle.

Very happy with this new iphone model , feels faster , excelent battery life , great camera, and fantastic design with the touch of jetblack color. Cons : it might be a problem if you are using the jack to charge the phone and want to connect a headphone at same time since not everybody is willing to pay $150 plus for wireless headphones

I upgraded from iPhone 5 to iPhone 7... the camera on this phone is soooo much nicer, overall much much faster and I got the 128 gb so no longer have to worry about not having enough space to download apps or take pictures. It is much bigger than the 5 but is still comfortable in my hand, and feels like a durable phone.

First of all thanks for reserving the iphone for us. I didn't have to drive 4 hrs to the nearest Apple store to buy it. They price matched my iphone 7 and it worked perfect no trouble activating it. Thanks best buy employees for helping me out and making me have a good customer experience while being in your store

I finally upgraded from my IPhone 4S....and all I can say is...WOW!! This phone is awesome....the larger screen, 12mp camera, the sound from the speaker is fantastic!! Oh yeah, let's not forget that it's a good phone too!! The only thing I don't personally like is the home button...you have choice for the best "feel" but none of them are great. Otherwise, I'm pretty darn happy with this phone!!!

Apple iPhone is the best smartphone on the market in my opinion. And iPhone 7 is a great continuation of that legacy. Great battery life and durability over previous model iPhones. Super fast even in comparison to the 6s which is what I upgraded from. Two things to get used to: 1. New home button is no longer an actual button. Not a issue, but takes s bit of getting used to because you don't have to "press" as hard as you did with a physical button. 2. The lack of 3.5mm audio jack is an adjustment. Apple makes the transition easier by including a lighting to 3.5mm adapter, but the adapter is easily lost due to it's small size. But It's not a major issue for me as I am mostly wireless/bluetooth anyways.

Upgraded from 5S only because I had to replace my son's phone which was put in the washing machine! Hopefully this 7 will survive the wash cycle. I will let somebody else run that experiment.:.. Very pleased with Apple/ Sprint carrier allowance to activate replacement phone on water damaged phone line at no charge! Regarding this phone.,, Display and overall size is perfect Love the thinner size Fits great in my pocket Camera and battery life improved I have upgraded 3 on my family plan Only concern would be fragility of larger display (compared to 5) Time will tell So far so good!

Fit and finish is very good. A good size for someone who does not want their phone to profile while in their pocket. It feels snappier than my old 6 Plus while running through apps. Battery life is reduced since its smaller size but nothing too dramatic, I can still get about a full day with moderate use (insta, a few youtube videos and game playing during an 10 hour workday) Signal is a bit weak but I could surmise my carrier is to blame. Screen is not as bright or vibrant as my old 6 Plus when set to around the same brightness level (I try to keep it fairly low to save battery life). Pictures and videos taken/recorded are very crisp though. Overall a great little phone with only a couple of faults that may or may not bother other users. I do not upgrade phones for several years at a time but I am positive this phone will hold up well till my next upgrade years down the road.

iphone 7 has far better performance than iphone 6. It seems it is using some encryption mechanism while storing photos, i am not getting out of storage warnings that i was getting in iphone 6.
