Q: Hi, is the macbook pro m3 brand new or refurished?
A: Best Buy is too stupid to label this correctly and they have the refurbished mixed with new instead of a separate Website for used and new. Who is managing this company???? Since they do not give you the option to purchase Apple Care I would say it is used! But only "management" know for sure, if you can even call these people managers!
