The laptops USB port on the right side of the laptop does not work. Have tried multiple cables and devices. Also the battery life should last several hours at least and goes from 100% to low battery mode within an hour.

recommended to buy - this was a previously owned item ...the item was not well packed - it worked. but would not charge when plugged in - so it died half way through the set up process. Item was returned and asked for refund (yet to see the refund) ended up buying a new MacBook Pro and picked it up at the store.

This was the worst thing I’ve ever ever purchased. I purchased this thinking that it would be a great find for the price. I was so wrong..when I opened it the refurbished computer seem to look like new. I opened it and turned it on and it worked and for about an hour and than kept restating. I than returned the MacBook to the store and geek squad informed me that it was damaged. Never buy a refurbished MacBook
