The laptops USB port on the right side of the laptop does not work. Have tried multiple cables and devices. Also the battery life should last several hours at least and goes from 100% to low battery mode within an hour.

recommended to buy - this was a previously owned item ...the item was not well packed - it worked. but would not charge when plugged in - so it died half way through the set up process. Item was returned and asked for refund (yet to see the refund) ended up buying a new MacBook Pro and picked it up at the store.

This was the worst thing I’ve ever ever purchased. I purchased this thinking that it would be a great find for the price. I was so wrong..when I opened it the refurbished computer seem to look like new. I opened it and turned it on and it worked and for about an hour and than kept restating. I than returned the MacBook to the store and geek squad informed me that it was damaged. Never buy a refurbished MacBook

It was great but after a week, if you kept the computer on for a while, the screen would go back and eventually shut off. The problem hasn’t stopped unfortunately and i’ve had this for a couple months now.

Purchased this not knowing that it was 2013 version, have been using it a month and it constantly shuts off even when on the charger. VERY unhappy with the website not being specific as to the year of the laptop. Also unhappy that even purchasing it from Best Buy website that we have no warranty so we are just out the money we spent and now have to purchase something else.

Fast and reliable laptop was disappointed that it only come with 8gd ram since I'll be running heavy programs and files would've liked something with more ram but 8gb is fine for now. Also most of my music production and audio engineering apps arent compatible with the new macOS so I had to install windows 10 boot camp which i was unhappy about. The laptop itself is very good and durable but the OS is the issue if you are running certain apps....DO NOT INSTALL MOJAVE I WARN YOU

Even though this is a pretty old refurbished model. The i7 is still leading edge. Bought this for Full Stack boot camp.

Within a few months the speakers are not working and several tools have to be set up on this computer.

It worked perfectly fine, but looking at its cosmetic conditions made me feel bad, it felt and looked very old and used. I’d returned it. Will get a new one.

Quality refurbished Mac , has great screen and many memory for all my music

It was an older model and lots of scratches and was dirty when we recieved it.

As soon as the laptop came on it would shut down, I plugged the charger in and it continued to shut off. I had to return it. I will not buy from this vendor again!!

Everything she needed for college. Would buy another for myself if there was one.
