For the price it’s good quality. Operates well enough, a little bit of lag sometimes. Battery life leaves something to be desired. Have to make sure I always bring my charger with me.

Macbook works but all they did was reset it. No “refurbishing” to speak of. I took the back plate off when it was delivered and the motherboard was absolutely packed with dust and grime. A less computer savvy person like a mother buying a refurbished laptop for their kids to go to college would've been screwed with an overheating mess. I sent an email to the seller (not BestBuy) and they never even responded. Avoid this seller. Buy from BestBuy directly instead.
