Q: Hello, Does the laptop have other STAT port to add another SSD disk or hard disk?
A: Yes, you can add a 7mm thick 2.5" drive.
A: To get the price point down BB often gets manufacturers to trim costs - easiest is to put a cheaper screen in - without changing the model name - hence the confusion. it's usually a $150 - $250 uplift to upgrade if you went in and configured a system from scratch on some sites - so BB looks like you are getting a huge deal, when you are just getting a good deal. so gaming on this model will be VERY different than on a real G731GU
Q: Is this a 60hz display or 144hz??? Please be clear asus .
A: It's 60hz display, I am sitting on this laptop looking at the specs as we speak.
A: Now that I have the laptop in my hands, I can honestly say it is a 60Hz display, so yeah it's not quite the deal they're painting it as.
A: Depending on usage, you can expect 3-5 hours of battery life. You can add a 7mm thick 2.5" HDD or SSD. You can upgrade the RAM to a maximum of 2 x 16GB DDR4 2666MHz SODIMM.
Q: Is the second 2.5" storage bay for a regular HD, SSHD or SSD?
A: It can accept any of those formats, but the drive must be 7mm thick. Some SSHDs are 9mm thick, please verify the exact product dimensions of your chosen drive.
A: this screen is were the price cut is taken it has a 250 nit brightness and only 67% sRGB and 50% aRGB so i would not do things like Premiere and after effects. it is good for gaming and watching movies. it also falls short out doors
A: No camera, but otherwise excellent
