Part of the updated VMx series, this cartridge features a solid boron cantilever, precision Shibata stylus, paratoroidal coils, and a center shield plate to enhance channel separation, balance, and transient response while reducing crosstalk. A low resonance polymer body and metal construction preserve musical detail and dynamics. The lightweight aluminum die cast headshell minimizes vibration, allows precise alignment, and uses oxygen free copper leads and a secure finger lift for confident cueing and consistent, high fidelity playback.
