Q: Does this remove virus or just protect?
A: I honestly don't know. I cannot answer your question because I ordered the digital version, had a problem downloading from something called "NOBBY". When I called Best Buy, I kept getting re-directed to other "techs", not one of whom was able to assist me. I have not received my merchandise to this day. That was 6 weeks ago, If you ordered the CD, you did yourself a favor. So sorry I couldn't be of assistance. The item is still being offered at a much higher price through Best Buy, However, I was able to find the CD on Amazon at a better price. If you look up the item on Best Buy or Amazon's website, you should be able to get the info you need from the description.
A: You won't find this in stores. you need to purchase and download online. I keep getting a "page not found" message on my download. I would recommend purchasing from a more reliable vendor. My family has had multiple problems with ALL our purchases on Best Buy this year
Q: Can I just bring my Laptop and smartphone to the store and have them install this for me?
