The intergrated light and camera feature does what is advertised, and the app is user friendly. The tips are all quite large and overwhelming which makes me not use them often. The default rubber that lines the tweezers are just the right size and work effectively around hard to reach areas. The tweezers in the beginning would open and close but recently they have stop working, not sure why? WARNING: daily use of the default tweezers will result in premature wear and tear on the rubber lining ( loss of a star for that reason, quality of rubber material). Overall fantastic product and recommended buy!

I would have liked to give it a 5 but I got a defective unit. There was a slit across the silicone tips of both arms of the tweezer. I couldn’t figure out what I was seeing in the camera until the first tip ripped off (pic#1). Then I tried again several days later and the silicone ripped off the second arm of the tweezers (pic#2) So I tried one of the spoons. Unfortunately, the tips kept coming off inside my ear (pic#3),. I tried several tips with the same results, until I pushed the detached tip so far inside my ear when trying to retrieve it, that I had to go to Emergency Care to get it removed. Even after this fiasco, I still wanted the device and thought that the tips may have fallen off because the silicone from the tweezers was missing and could not hold the tips on. So I took it back to Best Buy’s 23 days after I received it, to exchange it, only to find that the return policy was 14 days - even for defective products! Now I have to try to get a replacement or refund from the manufacturer. At least I have some timestamped photos. Very disappointed in Best Buy’s. I will update my adventure with. BBIRD if possible. Aside from the very serious issues just mentioned, the camera is great. Photos are also great. The tweeters have no grip and are hard to use. They could not pull the tip out of my ear, The silicone spoons work well if they don’t fall off in your ears. I love the idea, but will look for something similar with screw on tips if BEBIRD can’t remedy they issue.

I love this thing! Everything I needed it to do, it does. I had impacted ear wax and the Bebird got it out. Now I don't have to wait until I need a drs appointment.

Every time that they offered this on sale, I just looked but was hesitant to buy...then, I finally did. Love it & wish I hadn't waited so long! It looks sharp on my bathroom counter & is so easy to use. Plus, I'm happy that multiple people in my household can use it with the color coded interchangeable silicone tips. You'll be surprised how well the camera & robotic tweezers work, too!

I got the device, and everything looked good. I charged it up and connected it to my phone. (The device connects via Wi-Fi). It worked great! The picture was clear. The tweezers worked. I turned it off and set it aside. Later that day I turned it on to show my son, and my phone tried to connect, and then started to switch between my router and the device uncontrollably. Soon my phone's Wi-Fi system crashed and would not connect to either one. I tried restarting the phone several times, removed the app, tried many fixes in the phone's settings, but could not get the phone's Wi-Fi controller repaired. Working with my phone's manufacturer, we could not get any fix to work, and I eventually had to do a factory reset. My phone works again, but it was a major inconvenience losing all of my apps, settings, pictures, etc. I considered trying to install the app and connect the device to a different phone/tablet but decided I did not want to take the risk. Best Buy was awesome to deal with on returning the product. I am so glad that I did not buy this from someone else! I sent a message to the manufacturer and never did get a response.

Always wonder if you have something in your ear, but afraid to root around with a cotton swab for fear of popping your eardrum? Got that itch you just can't scratch? Then this is the tool for you. My wife and I had a great time checking out each other's ear canals using this device and our phones. Downloaded app worked flawlessly, bright led light makes it easy to see. Brightness and zoom can be adjusted for optimal picture. Comes with a wide variety of soft color-coded silicone tips to scrape and clean, a set for every member of the family! Best part was when you take off the silicone tip, you have a pair or powered tweezers that can be controlled from the app, perfect for grabbing and extracting a gnarly clump of wax and allowing you to hear again. I can see how this might be ideal for use with kids, it's very visual, has a lot of novelty value, and might just charm the rugrats into letting parents examine and clean their ears! Included stand holds all tips and acts as a convenient base and charging station for cleaner.

I got this to check out the inside of my ears because i would feel something inside and thought I could get it out. Found nothing different but was glad i got this to be sure. Might be the tiny hairs inside tickling me but its nice to get a better clean in the ears

I purchased this 6 months ago, I had one of the lower models for a year previous to this one. While it can be difficult to connect to my phone, I always manage to get it connected. You do have to be careful to not damage the delicate skin inside of your ear, I over "cleaned" once and found how easy it is to end up with tiny bleeding sores made with a soft latex* tip. This newer model with the robotic tweezers is very nice and definitely worth the upgrade price. Keep in mind for me it wasn't the price between the 2 models, my upgrade cost was the entire cost of this higher model. Recently a small tear in the latex* covering the tweezers developed. Now, the latex on the tip of one side of the tweezers has completely come off. Without the latex covering on the tips of the tweezers they are too sharp to use safely. I have been saying Latex, but I don't actually know what it is, it could be nitrile, it could be rubber, I really have no idea.

Great devices. You need apps to set it up, but only the app can tell you the battery level. Base could be slightly better, but it worth it. Only bad part is, it would someone not show up, so you'll have to turn on and off by removing the cap.

So the reason it's not a perfect 5 is for two reason: The power plug makes you feel like you are breaking to a certain point since if you plug it up it feels good but you have to make sure it clicks good and also directly to power source(can't use a multiple usb hub since not enough power) Okay now that is out of the way. Overall is pretty straight forward, download the app and pair it and get straight to using. Simple and has a decent amount of different sizes/tools to help

I have excessive wax in one ear and my husband has cones on his hearing aids. This device is awesome to see down your ear canal. It is great for your dogs ears too. And it has a small tweezer, scoops and you see it all on your smartphone.

I wanted to clean out my ears throughly. It works well. However, the connection to the phone is not bluetooth. It takes time to get used to set up.

The first Bebird we received arrived in a crushed, but sealed, box. The image from the first scope were not as clear as described in other reviews, so we purchased a second one. The image quality on the second camera is much better. It’s a little tricky to get the hang of, but I was able to find out what was irritating my ear so well worth the money.

Works fine and it is nice to be able to see into your ears and be able to inspect and get your ears clean.

Working in primary care, I am used to doing everything line of sight with a classic otoscope. This is quite a different experience. The WiFi connection is sometimes glitchy, sometimes laggy, and vaguely annoying. Bluetooth would arguably make more sense. But otherwise the image is good and the functionality is good. Now I must master technique. I wish there was more help offered on this aspect of the products use. Otherwise quite satisfied.

Best device ever. Picture is so clear. Device is very easy to operate and so much fun. And it works. Thank goodness my ears are clean but all functions work excellent. Just bought a second as Christmas gift.

I used it a few times and it works. I wish another major brand made it as you will need to use the app but who knows with these no name brands if they stop supporting the app one day. The attachments work great and made out of rubber. The tweezers are kinda useless though and not needed.

Good quality, viewing ear canal, can take pictures and even video the activity. Multiple attachments so you can use for different family members. Pleased with this purchase.
