I hate getting a new pillow because I know there will be a break-in period and I will be miserable. That was not the case with this pillow. I am 5ft 4in and average weight. I got the 2.0 and it is perfect. I can't explain how but it is soft and cradles my head without burying my head. I slept great the first night. There was no break in needed. The pillow cover is machine washable and it washes well. It did have a smell that was yucky when it arrived but that disappeared within 24 hours of taking it out of the plastic bag to air out.

This is a very comfortable pillow. I have been using this for months and it has been great on my back and neck.

I have never invested in a "good" pillow. This is by far the best and most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. 10/10 recommended no matter if you sleep on your back, front or side. Highly recommended

I love this pillow. I needed something with a little firmness while still being soft and this one has done it perfectly. I tried several and most were either too firm or too soft. So to sound a bit like goldilocks, this one is just right. It does need a bit of airing out though when you first open it. It has a slight woodsy smell. Not unpleasant but it is there. It did go away after about a day. I would imagine if I had put it in the dryer for a few minutes that would have taken care of that. I got mine on the buy one get one sale and so the value was perfect too.

One of the better pillows that I've owned gray support since I'm a side sleeper. A little bit more on the pricey side but if you catch them on deal of the day you can get two for the price of one.

I’ve also bought the 3.0 and that was a lil stiff for liking. Trying this one, the 2.0, more comfortable for me. I’m 5’9 at 250lbs and mostly a back and side sleeper. Other than the comfort, the quality is great. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable pillow, doesn’t get hot. It feels slightly thicker than what I would want, but overall it’s a great pillow. Got two pillows on sale for a good deal.

I just love this pillow! It supports my head just right and helps me to wind down and sleep so comfortable for a good nights rest. So much so that whenever they go on sale again I’m definitely considering getting another one.

I sleep on my side and have had trouble finding good pillows that will hold up their form. This pillow has been a game changer!

The 2.0 is a little too high for a comfortable sleep position. I am 5'7" 170 lbs. But awesome for when sitting up in bed or on the couch.

Very comfortable pillow and is supportive at all times. Also great for leaning back against when you want some cushion for sitting up.

Excellent pillow. I have a broken vertebrae in my neck so I bought 2 different versions of this pillow during a buy one get one free sale. The 3.0 was a little too high for me but the 2.0 version is perfect!
