Shame it doesn’t have a mapping feature as he misses at least 2 rooms every clean. Crashes into walls and circles same spots over and over again. Also having issues with him just spreading dirt around (I’ve put new clean mop pads on) instead of sucking it up and cleaning it. Very disappointed honestly as I got it due to the supposedly amazing pet hair features.

Love my vacuum! It helps me with the daily cleaning and doesn’t leave anything behind on the floor unless it’s full.

I paid all this money to try this unit and hoped it would solve my problems with vacuums. To open the box and to my surprise that someone else had this unit. The mop heads were still damp and very dirty. and missing items. unbelievable. I am shocked that best buy lets these things happen to big-ticket items. I should cancel all my services with them. The broken tape should have been a red flag.

Didn’t really like it because it had no mapping feature nor lidar

Just took it out of the box and it looks like it’s already been used. There’s hair in the spinner and dust and dirt in the plastic of the machine.

Works great. Cleaning canister can be a bit messy. Mop feature is great to keep the house smelling good a dog prints off the floor.

Had for less than a year and it stopped working. Motor died. When it was working it did a great job at cleaning. Setup schedule and it kept the house clean. Mopping option was good. Poor build quality.

Sweeps and mops well. The water canister for mopping is poorly designed. Internal components rust and stop working quickly and you have to pay almost $70.00 to replace it

So, it’s taken us a little longer to adopt to the robotic way of vacuuming, and while there are many other brands and options available, we felt drawn to the Bissell SpinWave Wet & Dry Vacuum due to its ability to not only sweep/vacuum, but to mop floors as well. While there was a bit of a learning period with the unit’s location memory processing unit, it now roams around the house freely with very little getting in its way of keeping dust and dirt free from our floors. It also helped our decision that this specific unit benefitted from a $100 price cut. So far, so good. It’s easy to change the wet or dry cartridges, and came with an abundance of extra parts and pieces should we have any issues. It also appears that the maintenance parts (filters, brushes, roller, etc) are pretty easy and common to find. We have already noticed a difference in how fresh out house smells since utilizing it. Here’s hoping she keeps of ticking for many years to come!

Great dry vacuum and mop. I haven’t been able to pair it to my WiFi, it just won’t. But, I don’t mind because it still works without being connected, you just can’t use the app to start it or let it map out your floor. The vacuum works fine except it does push some things to the parameter, which is no big deal for me because I’d rather sweep up what’s all ready swept into an area than to sweep an entire floor. The mop works great too. It spends a lot of time where it is mopping at (it mops in circles), the only thing I don’t care much for is that because it mops in circles, it only does one section at a time, then you have to move it to the next section and start it again. It can’t mop corners obviously, but it also can’t really mop the area a foot or two in front of corners either. Again though, it’s fine if you don’t mind still having to do just a little bit of work yourself or move it, which is still much better than just sweeping and mopping the traditional way. If you’re looking for something you can be 100% lazy with and not do a gosh dang thing or lift a single finger, then I wouldn’t recommend this device for you. However, if you’re not complete lazy or aren’t so busy that can’t pick something up and put it back down again a couple time, then it’ll be worth your money.

This vacuum has lasted us about three years, It's started breaking down On its fourth year. Don't get me wrong. It did help here and there buy vacuuming particles while I was away From home. It's a nice product to have, Especially if you have OCD and dont like visibly seeing things when you get home.

Not a great vacuum if you have a pet the sheds a lot. Missed a path when mopping.

Only problem I have with this robot is that it is not smart. It either keeps cleaning same area again and again or doesn't clean it at all!! It has good suction power and mopping is also good. I used Deebot before and was very pleased with its performance. Thought of giving a try to Bissell as they are experts in house cleaning products. Will exchange my Bissell SpinWave soon.

Device does clean well, but floor mapping needs work. I tried running it a few times, but it would repeat areas often during the same cycle. I almost always had to manually put it back on dock because it would never return when it was done cleaning. The iRobot product line is more expensive, but does the job a lot better.

This thing is OK. As a floor cleaner, it leaves a residue that just does not work for me. Carpet is OK. As one would expect, it picks up surface debris bur does not replace a full power vacuum. I am considering returning this item, but for now, still experimenting with its usefulness. 2 stars as it is certainly not great, but does seem to serve a purpose.

It wont stay connected to wifi, so i cant run it on a schedule. It doesnt map, so it wont go around the whole house. It constantly gets itself stuck, so i have to babysit it while it is running. It goes over the same spots multiple times, while completely missing others, and it just pushes everything around instead of sucking it up. Dont waste your money.

Vacuums and mops. Very quiet. Simple to use. I bought this for the cleaning but it looks great as well!

Bought it for the mop feature, primarily. Won't clean tough grime and dirt stuck to the marble kitchen floor on its regular setting. I need to use the special setting where it takes on tough messes. It essentially goes around in concentric circles of increasingly larger diameter and then decreasing diameter until it gets back to the middle of the circle where it started. For dusting, it works well, but gets tangled up in: - Fringes of my main living room carpet - Electric cables or extension cords When finished it often (but not always) goes back to its home to recharge which is cool. Battery is good for around 1-1/2 to 3 hours approximately depending on which level of cleaning you have it on and which mode you have it set to. My sense is longer if you just have it dusting. Its internal mapping program is intelligent, but not exceedingly clever when cleaning a room which has obstacles (table legs, chairs, throw rugs). Maybe a firmware update will improve its algorithms in the future? I like it.

Once I got the vaccine, I tried setting it up but it didn’t work at all, the quality was nice but I could not get it to work.
