These voices are characterized by high gain but avoid the detached top-end 'fizz' often found in other designs. This is achieved through unique preamplifier and power amplifier shaping techniques, which also allow the overdrives to clean up beautifully as the guitar volume is reduced.The patented ISF (Infinite Shape Feature) control, exclusive to Blackstar Amplification, represents a significant advancement in tone shaping flexibility.
