Q: How long is the power cord that is included with this camera?
A: The Mini 2 Camera comes with a 6' power cable.
A: I have several of these cameras looking through a window. Some work better than others. Daytime works good. Night is a problem because the little light comes on when activated and reflects in the glass.
Q: Can the base be removed? I'm looking for a camera for a very small space.

Q: Do you need a subscription to view the recordings?
A: Hi Mizz,No, you do not need a subscription to view recordings from a Blink Mini 2 camera, but it depends on how you store and access them.The Blink Mini 2 does not support free cloud storage for recordings (unlike some older Blink models). Motion clips are not saved to the cloud automatically. However, you can use local storage as an alternative by pairing the camera with a Sync Module 2 (sold separately) and insert a USB flash drive (up to 256 GB). This allows motion clips to save locally to the USB drive. You can then view/play back those recordings in the Blink appHope you have a great day.

Blink indoor
I bought these Blink indoor cameras from Best Buy and they were delivered straight to my home. The setup was very easy, the video quality is clear, and the motion detection works great. Truly a Best Buy from Best Buy!
I ordered two Blink Mini 2 cameras from Best Buy because it was definitely a "best buy"! The cameras are a significant upgrade from the previous model—much more robust. However, they unfortunately do not work with the existing pan and tilt units. The power adapter has been changed to USB-C, but even with an adapter, the camera does not recognize the rotating base. On the plus side, the cameras do not require the sync module, which may be an advantage for some users. The cameras come with two mounting options, like the previous version, but now they also feature a reset button. All in all, it was a great purchase, and the shipping was lightning fast. Thank you, Best Buy!!
