First time trying an electric popcorn maker and no-one in the house is impressed with how the popcorn turns out. We tried a couple of ways and with different types/brands of corn. This will never beat an old-fashioned crank-style popper. This popcorn maker works like it's suppose to and it's neat but will not make the fluffy-crunchy popcorn we're all accustomed to. But if you are into chewy popcorn, this will work out great. I wish I knew it only makes chewy popcorn. But at least, now you know!

Good product, a little noisy but I think they all are. The plastic can get hot if used simultaneous for more than one batch. I believe this product has been discontinued.

This thing makes good popcorn, but the maximum batch size is small relative to other popcorn makers I've used. If you want to make a lot of corm you'll have to do it in multiple batches with this thing, whereas other popcorn makers you might be able to do that in one batch. Overall, though, it's a pretty solid popcorn popper.

It overheated and shut off on the first use..then did the same thing on second use..returned to best buy took three efforts to get emailed a return label. Not a good experience.

Thought, this would be a good gift for my dad but found that it did not pop that many kernels. Even when it pops make sure you have a good basket to hold the popcorn as it tends to shoot out the popcorn very fast.

Half of the popcorn does not pop. Spits out un popped.

Bought this to make popcorn for my kids, they love popcorn thought it would be healthier and cheaper then microwave. It is small, doesn’t make a lot and the popcorn shoots out

As I am using the popper, the only issue that I have is that as it pops, it shoots un-popped kernels of corn out of the heating chamber.

I purchased this popcorn maker for a family night of games and on the first try it burned and it shut off!!! VERY disappointing needless to say I returned because I need a good make to string at Christmas time.

I put in a scope and a half of popcorn, flip the switch and in a few minutes I have a bowl of popcorn. Brilliant
