All Cassida products come standard with a 1-year warranty for parts and service, which our Californian service team will execute. The Cassida C100 business coin counter also has a 30-day defective policy. If there are manufacturer defects with the C100 within 30 days of purchase, Cassida will ship a replacement to you at zero cost, and we will provide a prepaid label for the return.
