Questions & Answers
What is the measurement of the Height of this trim kit? I understand it is supposed to work with Cafe 1.5 cu ft convection microwave with sensor cooking. Is ther any vent on the sides or the top and bottom to let the heat escape? Thank you.
Answered by Cafe AppliancesThe approximate dimensions for the CX153P4MWM are: 20-7/8" H x 29-3/4" W. The inside dimension of the frame is 12-9/64" H x 22 5/32" W. Microwave trim kits are designed to provide a built-in look while also providing the air flow necessary for proper operation of the Microwave. A trim kit consists of the trim frame as well as an upper, lower and rear duct that attaches to and encases the Microwave inside the cabinet cut-out. It is important to only use the trim kit designed for the specific Microwave model so that the trim kit fits the Microwave and provides the proper air flow that it needs.
