SOOOO happy with this purchase! This made my Canon Mirrorless M50 Mark II purchase a game changer! I was at first upset that the camera I decided to buy did not have Autofocus, but I figured it wasn’t that big of a deal for what I plan to use it for. HOWEVER, knowing about this adapter I HAD to get it and try it out! This works VERY WELL with my M50 Mark II Mirrorless camera, and I’m so happy that the AF works! Definitely get this adapter for all your EF-S lenses that you want to use on this EF-M camera! The 2 pics I uploaded were from me using the adapter on my EF-S telephoto lens.

For a Canon EOS M50 the kit lenses work on the mirrorless camera without an adapter. However to add and use other canon EF lenses, an adapter is necessary. So I am presently using an additional lens (not kit lens) with an adapter. And this setup works.

Just what I needed to utilize my EF Lenses on M6 MkII...! Easy to mount on the Camera with additional ease of total operation and function of the EF Lens. This is a winner!

It works the way it’s supposed to. I have no complaints!

I was told I can pretty much use any lens I want with this so that makes it more valuable despite the initial cost of it.

I am a professional photographer of over 40 years and bought a new Canon m50 mirrorless camera to just carry around with me all the time (see my review of the camera I love it). I wanted to adapt my older EF-s lenses so I looked online and saw several for less then 20 percent the cost of this adapter. I made the mistake of trying one and immediately returned it because it was cheap plastic. I got the Canon one and was glad to spend every dollar I did. It is made from metal, solid and works perfectly. I mean think about it, would you want to put a 1000 dollar lens and a 500 dollar camera body on the either side of a cheap piece of plastic? I didn't. Bite the bullet, buy the Canon your will be glad you did.

Great way to make use of EF and/or EF-M lenses on your EOS M camera. The M mount is their latest and this adapter takes the older, widely available EF/EF-M lenses, and gives them perfect functionality. The mounting is solid and the AF and stabilization work perfectly. It allowed me to make use of an expensive 70-200 lens with my new EOS M6 Mark II and get great photos.

I bought a Viltrox speedbooster, but it gave some pretty bad vignetting on a wide angle zoom lens of mine, so I went to get this and Best Buy had it in stock and ready to be picked up in 10 minutes. I wish it had a piece of glass to protect the sensor like the viltrox one, but it’s no biggie. Overall it’s a solid piece of equipment. I like that you can take the mount for a tripod on and off, and luckily it doesn’t take up much room in my camera bag, so I leave it on when I go.

I have been a photographer for years and I have acquired many EF lenses along the way. So, when I bought the EOS-R and now the EOS-R5, I wanted to make sure I could keep using all of the glass I already owned. Yes, Canon has come out with RF lenses, but when you have as many lenses as I have, being able to keep using them is a big plus. This adapter makes that possible. If you are going to buy a mirrorless camera and already have EF lenses then this adapter is simply a must-have.

The ability to use my EF and EF-S lenses on an M mount camera multiplies my investment in them. I purchased it as a bundle with a M mount camera for only $50. Genuine Canon product at less than third party adapters.

I ordered it to work with my Canon M5 and it worked perfectly to allow me to use my DSLR lenses with the small mirror less camera. Worked as it should with no issues.

Worked perfect when connecting my sigma lens and easy to use
Great adapter. Doesn’t hinder the pictures. Easy to use. Great addition to any mirrorless camera such as the M50. Got it on sale so it was an awesome price.

Purchased this adaptor for my M50. I have used it a few times and it works as advertised. No problems. If you have Canon lens and buy the M50 you need to get it.

I bought this adapter for my M50 camera so I could use my aps-c lenses with it. I’ve used it several times now and it works fine.

If you weren't sure before then you should take my advice when I suggest to click the "add to cart" button and proceed to checkout. You will thank me later, I promise. If you're anything like my boyfriend, then you know optimizing the capabilities a device already posseses as well as opening up other resources, like brand and cost, wins you over everytime. This accessory allows you to do just that and the cost is not too shabby for the benefits that follow such investment. Do yourself a favor by treating yourself to the source of innovation being carried out diligently.

This is such a handy mount and allows for lenses I have to fit on my mirrorless Canon. Easy to attach and release and also has place to attach a tripod.

Bought my wife The M50 camera. We have had a few Canon EOS cameras in the past. We also had accumulated several Canon lenses over time. We bought this adapter so we could use the lenses we already had. It fits nicely and all of the functions seem to work great. It was a better option than buying all new lenses. I know there are cheaper generic options but I stuck with the Canon brand.
