Chris Isaak - Forever Blue - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

CD reissue. Sounding like a combination of the Alan Parsons Project of the 70s with a dash of Pink Floyd, InchThe Time MachineInch is an aural experience sure to please fans of Parsons, New Age and Electronica. The album opens with the instrumental InchThe Time Machine (Part 1)Inch, written by Cockney Rebel drummer/composer Stuart Elliott, which resembles the way the Project's album used to open. There's the mellow song InchOut Of The Blue,Inch with lead vocals by Tony Hadley of Spandau Ballet. InchIgnorance Is BlissInch is one of the most beautiful songs with vocals from former Zombies lead-singer Colin Blunstone. Alan Parsons again uses the concept album formula successful with InchTime MachineInch.

Baja Sessions - Chris Isaak - Recorded at famed San Francisco's Coast Recorders, the Baja Sessions record is Chris Isaak's sixth studio album. As the title might suggest, this record is a relaxed, surf-esque mix of covers like Gene Autrey's InchSouth Of The Border,Inch older songs that have been re-recorded such as InchTwo HeartsInch and InchBack On Your Side,Inch and a sprinkle of new material as well. The album received Gold status in the United States in 1996.

ALWAYS GOT TONIGHT - Chris Isaak released his eighth record, Always Got Tonight, in February of 2002. Isaak brings back his original three-piece band, Silvertone, from his debut album of the same name as a guest artist on the record. The album continues Isaak's exploration of the alt-rock sound on InchNotice The Ring,Inch which subtly embraces the newly popular electronica sound.
