Is the reciever on this phone flat or cupped for people wearing a hearing aide?

Is it possible to access messages remotely with this phone? How many minutes of messages does the system hold?
Answered by IlcyfPhone does not have built in answering machine. So only way to get message would be by setting up answering service thru your cable or phone provider. We puchased for 87 year old hard of hearing parents and just left old phone with answering machine plugged in so they could get messages.

Is the Caller ID Screen backlit? Mom has difficulty reading an LCD without a lit field behind it. Thank you in advance for answering.
