very easy to use, good sound quality large buttons and display are helpful

I bought this for my mother who is hearing impaired. It is easily readable and the dial pad lights up for her to dial out. She is 90 and is having no problems using the phone.

easy for my 85 year old mother to handle and use, and that means everything.

looks nice but not thought out well in some areas. the numbers are large BUT the AMBER light for numbers and the screen are not good for folks with visual impairment of certain types. the colors make a difference in this case. the volume for hearing impairment is great.

This has made conversations with my 93 year old Mom much more pleasant!

not the greatest. no way of lowering menu volume selections, and the number pad 'connections' are faulty, I wind up using my cell more than this phone for calls, which defeats the purpose of why I bought it.

This phone has the best sound boost of any phone I have ever used.
