The product itself is great, works exactly as stated and provides peace of mind. I own one and had purchased a second one online from Best Buy, and THAT is where the problem lies: I purchased this item online, expecting to receive a NEW item. The package arrived, box ripped & tapped back together, with the item turned the wrong way inside. So it was obviously one that someone had purchased, opened, and then returned to the store. I'm extremely disappointed as I had the item shipped directly to my father as a gift, and he received it in the manner stated above, and that's not acceptable to me. I'm disappointed that you'd ship something that wasn't in top condition. Lesson learned, I won't be ordering online from you again. In-store purchases only, going forward.

This product is good. I have used it a few times during this cold weather season, and it performed as it should all the time. The light that signals when the battery is ready to start a car is extremely helpful. It starts my car and SUV truck all the time.

Jumped my car 3 times could have went 4th before I charged it. The jump your car from inside worked once said car was too dead everytime.

It’s absolutely amassing a very helpful item I bought a rainny night when no help around to start my car and this took less then a minute to start the car very easy to use.
