A: Limited Run games are usually released for preorder after the game has already been out some time digitally, so that's why the release date is so much later than the actual release. You can buy it digitally for $20 now, like on Steam or GameStop, vs waiting for this physical version if you don't care about the extras included
A: If you have a shared Steam account, yes. Although multiplayer with that same account is a little tricky.
A: It's a Steam Coded game. I took had wished it was a physical release, but these are the times we live in now. You might be able to find an old copy at yard sale or eBay. I am lucky enough to have had the means to purchase it when the originals came out. Unfortunately my son's couldn't experience its excellence on current media...so I bought this version to play with/ against them. {I wasn't impressed by the USB drive for the sound track. It looks cheap/ flimsy. I hope my friend can "jazz" it up a bit and still have it attached to its base when in use.}
Q: This is from the original game “Generals” command and conquer?
A: Sorry, this came out Waaay before Generals.
Q: What version(s) of windows will this play on?
A: It runs smoothly on Windows 10 and later. If you wanted to you could run it on Windows 8.1 though i'm not really sure why you would want to. As long as you have Steam or Origin, you should be ok.
Q: So whats up, this thing coming or not?
A: I got my copy in the mail on November 5th
