Commercial Chef 12in Carbon Steel Wok & Stir Fry Pan is a great addition to any kitchen. This nonstick wok adds wonderful cooking versatility to any kitchen allowing you to make delicious meals like stir fry, fried rice, deep fried vegetables, seared meats and more. Flat bottom wok is ideal for home use, making it easy to use on any stove top for pan-frying, braising, and deep-frying. Our stir fry grill pan is made with 15 gauge/1.8mm carbon steel with a ceramic high performance nonstick coating. PFOA & PTFE-free with no heavy metal or toxic presence and less CO2 emission. Carbon steel cookware is lighter than cast iron while also maintaining high heat and fast heating qualities that also cools quicker than cast iron cookware. Carbon steel pan also offers superior abrasion resistance compared to most aluminum and standard cookware. Carbon steel non stick wok and stir frying pans are versatile and can be used on any stovetop including gas, electric, induction cooktop and ceramic tops. The Acacia wood handle features a steel ring at the end to allow convenient hanging storage. The small wok measures 19.7'' X 12in X 3.2'' and weighs 3.12 lbs. ISTA6A packaging.
