Worked great until it wouldn't connect to the internet. Tried contacting seller on best buy several times no response. Received on dec 4th 2025. It is now jan 18th lasted less then a month working.

Doesnt hold a charge and it gets too hot for my grandbaby to hold while playing her tv shows. I like the rubber case but i just dont recommend this product . Save for a better tablet.

Domt buy this tablet. I decided to buy this tablet instead of using Amazon because I thought the quality would be better. I was wrong. Battery died a month into use. Would not let me charge any longer. I was past the due date so $60 wasted on trash.

This is really an upgrade from the norm. No wifi needed to enjoy the story books. The pages flip itself and it reads the stories out loud to your baby. I absolutely recommend to improve your baby’s vocabulary. I’m definitely glad I purchased.

Not recommended at all, Received the tablet, was defective not working, communication with the tablet factory was so bad, they are not responding, giving a very hard time, I’m not going to use the market here with best buy no more.

Great for parental. control. Great for down loading learning games. also. fun games. Little hard to set up if you have more than one child.

This tablet stopped working 1 month later. I do not recommend buying it.

Bought for grandson, he loves it . Found it easy for him to use.

It was a gift for my sister’s granddaughter, she is so happy and excited about it, it doesn’t leave her side when she’s awake. doesn’t bother her grandma anymore since she has her own.

Bought this for my 3 yo and he can’t even play it. Even seeing it up it moved very slow that should have been my sign to return it. Once we downloaded a compile apps it was even worse. We’ve added additional storage and that was no help.

I bought three of them, and the kids loved them favorite gifts for my grandchildren for christmas
