Made the appointment for the Geek Squad to connect my ne Roku Ultra. They arrived on time and the installation was done properly,neatly and when complete they ran through the operation of the Roku and made sure before they left all my questions were answered. The service was quick, easy to understand, they were most informative giving me hints and programing available and where and how to find it. Best of all this really works and works well. Cut the cord and Roku.

The Geek Squad guys did a good job and got me hooked up with only a few glitches. Not their fault. Had a home assessment done prior to the installation, Don't waste your time. A guy came out to assess my needs and make suggestions. Never heard from him again. I did it myself, ordered what I wanted and had the GS install. Do your own homework and allow the professionals do the installations you can't or don't want to.

Cord cutting planning began with a FREE in home visit from Geek Squad through Best Buy. The "agent" (as they call themselves) who came to my home was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. He did not rush through his assessment of my needs and what products would make possible what I wanted. For example, measuring the strength of my wifi for a TV at a distant point in my house - too far for a good wifi based reception and he recommended an antenna for that TV. Likewise the "agent" who came to install and coach me on the use of the two items I purchased was excellent. I am very impressed.

Being a senior, living alone, I knew I needed to do something about my expensive cable service.....but was overwhelmed! I did an online search for a service that would provide assistance but was very worried about getting into another expensive service! That’s how I found Geek Squad at Best Buy! The service in the store at Chandler and the Geek guys were super helpful!! Super guys! I got it done and saving on my monthly expense with also having more choices!

The agents helped me with all stages -- installing an antenna (which I have not used a full month after they put it in), fire stick, and switch. Great job and I'm happy with the full process of cutting cable.

Geek squad set up our new Samsung and provided tips on how to use remote navigating using different apps. Also gave tips on antenna to pull in local stations.

The agents cut cord but just provided the basics for streaming and my TV. I expected more....now that I know more. They could of walked me through the settings and how to fix potential problems. They could of showed how to customize channels. I can't believe they did not set up the TV for automatic downloads. I had to figure that one out while the TV was scrambling! I over paid for the little service I received.

They were excellent, explained things and were very business like and gave me peace of mind they are right there, The only bad is your store. The guys gave us a number, as we wanted to buy a larger tv, as we didn't know it was broken still in the box. But the Geek Squad are keepers they deserve a raise just awesome.

The Geek Squad installed my whole house HDTV antenna in my attic. This required multiple visits due to signal reception issues. They were professional, on-time, personable, and persistent in their efforts to solve the problem. I was impressed with their service and would certainly use their services again.

Installed my Hulu in spite of an unusual situation, and dealt with Comcast to do everything to get my Netgear set up and terminated my Comcast connections except for internet service. Knowledgeable and patient - works great!

Geek squad went over the plan to ensure that he was going to install an antenna and connect it to two tv’s. Explained where he would drill holes and exactly where the wires would run. He then started the task and worked very efficiently. When he was finished and the two tv’s were up and running, he showed me the work he had performed. My expectations were exceeded when I was able to see exactly what he had done. Everything was very neat! Would highly recommend using Geek squad to everyone. For me, this was a very valuable service!

The Geek Squad arrived to install ROKU to our tv and then showed us how to work the programs. We now are able to find movies on our tv that we were unable to see before ROKU. Thank you Geek Squad!

The Geek Squad ran a line from my cable box under my stairs out through my garage and attached an external antenna. Cable was well placed and approved by me prior to placement. Good Service, polite technician.

I'm not tech savvy at all and the Geek Squad set up my Amazon Firestick and walked me through the set up process. We also discussed the Apple TV for another tv and they very informative.

The agents came twice for three TVs. The Xfinity app had to be reloaded on one of the TVs. Both agents were very accommodating and everything is working fine.
