    Good, but sadly not great

    So I'm gonna start this off by saying that I have not done any stress testing or heavy usage on this YET, and I'm still waiting on a gpu so that I can put this thing to use. So far the memory has run stable and cool. I did glance at overclocking options under Xmp in the Uefi/Bios and didn't see any options to boost the clock speeds. With the voltage regulation on the dimm itself for ddr5, though, I might have to use cosair's software for that so I will look into it. Being an early adopter of ddr5 does come at a high cost and unfortunately ddr5 just doesn't live up to that hype yet. Latency is higher than ddr4 and the extra clock just doesn't provide a noticeable improvement. Overall, I rate the item itself well, but I would recommend waiting another few months at the bare minimum before considering purchasing ddr5 memory. Better, more practical options are bound to come out for a more fair price.

    Does the job

    Very simple DDR5 set without any bells and whistles but my SFF case has no windows anyway so these do the job.

    Fantastic choice for price

    [Employee of bestbuy] It works fantastic. I had mine delivered to my apartment was able to just plug them right in a boot up the computer. Didn’t need to do anything special runs great, no computer errors, or memory lag. 10/10 would recommend for heavy users.

    The perfect non-RGB RAM

    I love that it's not RGB. Everything on a PC these days by default seems like it HAS to be RGB. Theses aren't, and I dig that.

  • Hello, is this ram non ECC?

    Hi, Yes, our DDR5 modules have ON-DIE ECC. At higher frequencies, reliability might diminish, resulting in increased latency and looser timings. DDR5 has on-die ECC as part of its specification, which helps to reduce errors and allows the modules to run at higher frequencies. Keep in mind that this does not mean that DDR5 utilizes a full-fledged ECC implementation.
