Very Good Entry-Level Bench
Not a paid review- that said, this is an excellent entry-level bench. First, this is well packaged and arrived with all parts and tools to assemble. Second, the bench is 90% pre-assembled requiring only a few caps nuts, and bolts to complete assembly. The time spent assembling was approx—10 minutes (not rocket science). Third, the build quality is very good. Other than a few packaging rub marks, the welds seem complete and painted thoroughly and the few bolts required were installed using fingers and tightened with included wrench. Fourth, the bench itself is pretty versatile with the backrest adjustable from a slight decline to a full incline. The seat is adjustable from a flat to a slightly inclined position. The ankle bar is easily height adjustable for multiple users, too. Conclusion... money well spent for an entry-level bench. No need to spend more unless you want the bar rack included.

This bench is sturdy and easy to move around. Assembly was less than 15 minutes.
