BAD Product BAD service
Very disappointed with this purchase. I was charged more than what it was advertised at and had to cancel and return then reordered and still didn't get the correct price. then once it was installed it was extremely noisy and ran all the time. The unit didn't stay very cold so the ice it did make would melt so it ran all day. because it ran all the time it became extremely noisy and ran our water bill up. NO service from Costway and BestBuy took no responsibility for anything.

Costway Under-Counter Ice maker does not work
The Costway product came undamaged, and 'worked' for about a week. By 'worked', it made soft ice, not a nice clean nugget. After a week the refrigeration unit stopped working, and after several tests from the manufacturer, I returned it.

Junk ice maker
Less than 1 year. Want to send me a part to self install that will take 8 weeks to arrive… and part they want to send me is a pump which works Intermittently so likely more of a controls or sensor issue. Not standing behind product. Don’t buy
