This Ecozy Commercial Ice Maker has truly been a fantastic upgrade for our home! We entertain a lot, and our kitchen fridge just couldn't keep up with our ice demands, especially when summer rolled around and we needed to fill coolers. This machine has easily solved all our ice problems, making it an outstanding addition to our setup. When our Ecozy ice maker arrived, I was so impressed with how well it was packaged – not a single dent or scratch! You can tell right away that it's built to last. The stainless-steel finish looks incredibly sleek and modern under our kitchen counter, and it just feels really sturdy and well-made. Even the door handle has a quality feel to it, which is a nice touch. As for performance: this machine is an absolute powerhouse. It cranks out ice so quickly – honestly, I'm amazed! It produced so much of ice, we literally never run out even during parties (under constant dispensing). It takes around 15 minutes to each cycle with around 40 ice cubes. The cubes are a nice, consistent size, they freeze fast, and they don't clump together in the bin. Great for all our cold drinks. The ice storage bin is fantastic; it holds plenty of ice for daily use, and it's a breeze to fill up coolers for beach trips. No more last-minute runs to the store for bags of ice, which will save us a ton this summer! I love that you can even tweak the ice cube size by adjusting how long it makes ice. One of my favorite features is the self-cleaning function – it's super simple to run and keeps everything fresh without any hassle. The LCD control panel makes adjusting settings straightforward. It fits perfectly under our kitchen counter and just blends right in with our other appliances. It’s a perfect user-friendly machine. Honestly, this Ecozy ice maker has been one of the best purchases we've made for our home. It's truly a lifesaver, eliminating all the fuss and expense of constantly buying bagged ice. The quality you get for the price is outstanding. It's dependable, high-capacity, and just makes life easier. I would absolutely recommend this to any home that goes through a lot of ice! I would actually also recommend this to any restaurant who is looking for large scale ice machine.

I’ve been really happy with this product so far! I love the clean and modern look and it fits perfectly for where we need it. It cranks out a ton of ice in less than 20 minutes (about 30-40 cubes), which is more than enough for hosting barbecues, parties, etc. The built-in storage holds about 24lbs, so we never worry about running out. I also like that it can be used as a freestanding machine, we’ve been able to let friends borrow it or bring it with us to venues rather than having to buy ice or rent a machine. The setup is very straightforward, but keep in mind you do need a drain line, which is typical for these kinds of machines. Overall, the Ecozy Ice Machine has been super reliable, easy to use, and looks great. Definitely a solid buy if you go through a lot of ice or entertain often. Very happy with my purchase!

This ice machine does exactly what it is supposed to and it does it well. I was not that familiar with how ice machines work when I bought it, so I was not prepared for the nuances. First off, all ice machines need to have a drain because during the ice making process water is lost to make sure the ice is pure, etc. If you have a drain, you are good to go. Also, the consistency of the ice is a little wet, but again, like other machines, this is for the purpose to release the ice easily. To firm it up you simply transfer it to a freezer. This machine will produce all the ice you need.
