I have difficulty opening pull tab cans, which are getting more common. This opener is solid and heavier than most, and will hold a steel can upside down so it will easily open from the bottom. It looks nice on the counter, and works very well. Many cheaper products are avi;able, but this is worth the price. I give this an A+!
