Its powerful 750 watt, 1 hp motor (120 V, 60 Hz) grinds 4-5 lbs. per minute. Quickly process beef, chicken, turkey, bison, venison and other meats right on your countertop. Or make delicious homemade sausage using the included sausage stuffing funnel. Make all kinds of sausages from breakfast links to bratwurst and kielbasa.
