With the included sausage stuffing funnel, you can make all kinds of sausages from breakfast links to bratwurst and kielbasa. Despite its versatility, this meat grinder is easy to use. A simple on/off power button controls forward operation, and a reverse function prevents jams. The meat grinder comes with 3 different-sized, stainless steel grinding plates. Choose fine (3mm), medium (4.5mm) and coarse ( 8 mm) grinding plates to ensure meat is ground to your desired texture. Accessories include the 3 grinding plates, grinding knife, sausage stuffing funnel, stuffing spacer, stomper and a spare auger driver. All the accessories neatly store in the stomper, and cord storage holds the cord in place when storing the meat grinder.
