Add RAM to 32Gb Min for Fusion otherwise this setup w/ the Asus Prime X570 MOBO w/ Gigabyte RTX3080, 1TB WD Blue SSD C: Drive & included Mouse / Mechanical Keyboard & Bluetooth Card w/ Antenna w/ it's AIO Water Cooling is good to go with your Monitor. Comes with a USB card to Register, is quiet and will handle all your needs at a good price. I'm switching out with 3600 DDR4 RAM as others have just to insure it will handle Blender/Fusion w/o a Problem, but you would be hard pressed to out do these Specs at this price elsewhere. There is a sticker on it that says to use the First HDMI slot but I had to use the Second slot to get my 4k HDR TV to show the screen. Be sure to do all your updates including the Nvidia driver. There are PCIE slots left to add on (say an Intensity Pro Card for Clean out Feed) & cables included for HDD's as well as a second SSD slot free.

Summary: This desktop gaming computer is drastically overpriced and has some quality issues, but given the current state of the GPU market, the consumer would be hard-pressed to do better. While I would have given this PC a five-star rating, I sadly had to reduce my rating to three stars, due to the quality control issues as well as the lack of customer support from CyberPowerPC. That said, the consumer can fix most of the shortcomings with some time and additional cost, but at this price point, CyberPowerPC should have done much better. Background: I am a typical home consumer / gamer, with a moderate level of computer knowledge, who is not being compensated for this review. I purchase a new computer and/or game console every few years, and I don’t do much research until a few weeks prior to a new purchase. I have owned dozens of game consoles, desktop PCs, and laptop PCs over the years, but this is actually my first true gaming PC. My setup: While CyberPowerPC delivers slightly different component parts on each PC (based on market availability), other reviewers here received much the same parts as I did. I received: CPU (AMD Ryzen 9 5900X); MOBO (ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 WiFi AX); GPU (GIGABYTE Gaming OC GeForce RTX 3080); PS (Apevia 1000W 80+ Gold); SSD (ADATA SX6000LNP 1TB PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280); Case (CyberPowerPC Mid-tower Gaming Case with 2 x RGB Strips); RAM (TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 3200MHz (PC4-25600) CL16; AOI (CoolerMaster ML120L RGB V2); Fans (3 x CyberPowerPC); Wired Keyboard and Wired Mouse (CyberPowerPC). {4+ to 5- Stars for core components} Discussion: As shipped, this PC had pretty decent component parts (with some exceptions), but the performance was quite poor. If it were not for the built-in safety features, this thing might have gone up in smoke in the short term or fizzled out earlier than it should have in the long term. As shipped, my Celsius readings without load were GPU (45); CPU (54) M/B (37); and SB (58). After loading Cyberpunk 2077 at around 60 fps (4k), my readings skyrocketed to GPU (88); CPU (91); M/B (52); and SB (63). In addition to the cooling issue, the PC was also quite loud. {Minus stars for heat and noise} At the suggestion of several of the other reviewers, I took a closer look at the fan installation. Although it was indicated that CyberPowerPC had rectified the situation, I found that my PC had shipped with a a total of four case fans (two attached to the AIO and two attached to the side of the case), and that all of them were blowing air into the case. So apparently, at least for my PC, the fan placement issue remained unchanged. To fix the problem, I reversed the two fans on the AIO to blow the air outward and I moved the two fans from the side of the case to the front of the case (blowing inward). As suggested by other reviewers, this little fix made SIGNIFICANT changes to the heat problem. My new readings without load were GPU (45); CPU (37) M/B (32); and SB (53), and with load GPU (68); CPU (67); M/B (39); and SB (51). While this fix did not cost any additional money, it did take my time and I find it completely unacceptable that I was left to educate myself and to fix this as a consumer, especially at this price point. I am not a professional, but after the fix, I believe the heat levels were not fantastic, but they were adequate for a prebuilt PC. {Minus stars for consumer research and repairs} After making the fix, I believe the PC would meet the basic expectations of most users and would be a good value for a prebuilt gaming computer AS PRICED ONE YEAR AGO (under $2,000 at BestBuy). With the current pricing (approaching $3,000), the value is a bit more of a stretch. While I do recognize that the price increase is on par with the price increase of GPUs offered by third party sellers, the simple reality is that there has not been a significant change in the MSRP during the same period. In other words, I’m calling into question whether the cost to put the PC together has changed, or if CyberPowerPC hasn’t simply increased their profit. That aside, unless you are one of the lucky few who scores a GPU at MSRP though BestBuy or elsewhere, or unless you are willing to wait out the market, then you will be hard-pressed to do much better than this. {Minus stars for price inflation} My upgrades: As discussed above, I feel the computer is adequate as shipped (after moving the fans), but it was a bit short of what I personally was looking for. Most of the core components were actually on par with what I would have used if I were to construct the PC myself, but the minor components left something to be desired. Specifically, while 16k RAM and 1TB SDD might be perfectly adequate for many users, I opted for to: 1) replace the RAM (G. Skill Trident Z Neo Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM PC4-28800 DDR4 3600-CL16); 2) add another SDD (SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB - M.2 NVMe Interface Internal Solid-State Drive); and 3) to replace the wired mouse and keyboard with wireless versions. Of course, in doing so I ended up costing myself some cash by not using some of the items that shipped with the unit, but that is always an issue with purchasing a pre-built PC, and those upgrades were entirely by my choice. {Neutral stars for upgrades} Noise issue: With some investigation, I determined that the excessive noise was due to two fan issues. The first was that the software had not been optimized by CyberPowerPC prior to shipping, so basically the fans were running at full force with or without load. I was able to rectify the issue by adjusting the settings in the BIOS and in the motherboard software that I downloaded online. The second issue was that the cheap CyberPowerPC case fans were rattling and making a bunch of noise. I imagine I could have contacted them about a replacement, but I already had attempted to contact them (as discussed below), so I did not bother. As mentioned above, while I was mostly happy with the core components they used, it was the lesser components like these fans that I was displeased with. At this price point and with solid core components, was it really worth it to save a few bucks on a fan? {Minus stars for cheap minor parts} Customer service: Prior to purchasing the PC, but after reading the reviews, I was concerned that the cooling might be acceptable, but I knew that I wanted to further improve the performance because I plan to keep this computer for several years (long after the warrantee expires). Unfortunately, after placing my order, I noticed on the pictures at BestBuy that there was a tag that said the warrantee would be invalidated if the AIO was replaced. Since I wanted to have the ability to make the change, I emailed CyberPowerPC to find out if that was in fact true. That said, after receiving the PC, I realized the tag was placed by the AIO manufacturer and was addressing the port for adding cooling fluid. So, the good news is I realized I could replace the AIO, but the bad news is that I have yet to hear back from CyberPowerPC, and that was three weeks ago. {Minus stars for customer service} AIO replacement: As discussed, while the cooling was adequate, I wanted even better performance and to get rid of the excessive fan noise. Accordingly, decided to replace the AIO single cooler with an AIO triple cooler and to replace all of the fans with higher quality / less noisy ones. It is worth noting here that the factory installed fans come with RGB lighting, but that it is controlled by a button on the PC case, and it can’t be controlled with software. I ended up replacing the AIO (NZXT Kraken Z73 360mm - RL-KRZ73-01 - AIO RGB CPU Liquid Cooler - Customizable LCD) and the fans (Lian Li UNI Fan SL120 fans with controller “ARGB 120mm LED PWM”). After the switch, I had a total of 8 case fans (three out-facing attached at the top of the case to the AIO; one out-facing attached to the rear of the case; three in-facing attached to the front of the case; and two in-facing attached to the rear side of the case). Yes, this is probably overkill, but the noise issue is completely gone and the PC runs extremely well and cool at 4k / 60 fps. My final readings without load were GPU (35); CPU (31) M/B (29); and SB (47), and with load GPU (65); CPU (62); M/B (32); and SB (48). {Plus stars for upgradability to a very good overall Gaming PC} Software: While I would have liked a copy of MS Office, all that was included was a fresh installation of MS Windows. Yes, that’s correct, there was nothing else; there was absolutely zero bloatware. I really appreciate that one, but then there was a big negative side to the whole software picture in that it appears that zero optimization was done to my PC. As with the fan software issues mentioned above, there other serious issues with not optimizing the system. I’m sure a professional would find more, but I found one in particular that cost me two days of frustration and nearly resulted in me returning the PC to BestBuy. Specifically, after getting all of my base PC setup with drivers and such, I went to backup the system and I kept getting error messages. Long story short, I finally determined that the system BIOS was shipped with the TMP 2.0 turned off. I’m lucky I even stumbled across the fix because I had never even heard of it, but as I’m sure many with more expertise than me would know, you can’t even install Windows 11 with that setting turned off. I’m not sure how that happened, but what I am sure of is how totally unacceptable it is for a PC to ship in such condition. {Plus stars for no bloatware but multiple minus stars for lack of system setup and optimization} Final note: Like seriously; I’m not making this one up. Take a look at my included photos and note the sticker on the back of my CyberPowerPC which reads, “Assembled from tested components – Complete system not tested”. Really? I’m looking at you CyberPowerPC.

OK so first off, PC seems to be well built. I like the case, great video card, decent amount of RAM even though I doubled it right away. Added a 2nd hard drive as well, since installing a few games eats up a lot of hard drive space. Cooling as others have noted is not the greatest. What I did, and seemed to help a lot, was to move the fans from the side of the cast that were blowing out, and moved them, as well as adding a 3rd fan, to the front of the case, blowing in. This sends cooler air from outside in front, through and out the back of the case. Immediately could feel it was not running as hot when gaming. Before moving those, case was quite hot to the touch under heavy gaming. Never in my life had a gaming PC feel hot to the touch. The mouse that came with it is super cheap, as well as the keyboard is. Top mouse buttons broke on first push. Contacted support and they are sending a new one, so kudos for taking care of that right away. They send me a nice large gaming mousepad as well, I guess for my troubles. Overall I would say I am happy, I took one star off for having to tweak the cooling myself, which should not have to be done for a PC this expensive.

This PC has been nothing but problems. Bought it with top tier components and this PC has been randomly shutting my beautiful Samsung Odyssey G9 monitor off after anywhere from 5-20 minutes of use. Tried to change the BIOS settings, power and sleep settings are all good, so likely the PSU is bad, or GPU. So I would stay clear of this machine because it looks like a common issue on Reddit for Cyperpower PC’s. I wanted to love this so much! When it does work it is no slouch, but its unplayable, currently being serviced. Hopefullly they fix it or give me my money back, I will edit this review later on to give an update if there was a known fix for this issue.

A good pre-built PC, but if you're looking to overclock it for gaming, you're gonna have to put some more money into it. Cooling is a big issue here, as you would want to put more fans in it as it heats up fast as well as overclock them. The PSU is an Apevia 1000w Gold; good in theory, but very cheap and lacks the cables to support a 3 slot GPU, so it came daisychained and cannot deliver enough power to the RTX 3080. An EVGA 1000w Gold/Platinum will have enough cables and power to support the GPU as well as everything else. 16 Memory is okay, but can definitely deserve an upgrade at some point. All in all, a good pre built pc if you're new to computers, but only when it's on sale.

I bought this on sale for $1794.99. I’ve built my own high end pc before. It’s good but it does need to be modified to be great. You’ll need more fans because this case is pretty terrible when it comes to airflow. This wasn’t my first 5900x I seen temp spike touch 90 and decrease in the 80s while downloading games and playing games . I had to go to bios and turn the voltage from auto to manual and that stopped the spikes and now stays around the 70-77 range. That being said this aio cooler can’t handle the 5900x. Get yourself a Vetroo CPU Cooler it’s cheap but can handle the 5900x. Get good Thermal Paste I’ve used JLJ Thermal Paste from Amazon. I can say this will do the job because it’s the combo I used in my 5900x 6900xt custom. You’ll need more ram 16 isn’t enough(32 will do the job). Also a Gpu holder because there will be sag the gpu should set level on motherboard. $150-200 additional to make it great that’s why it’s only worth it on sale. Pros: Put together very nice and clean. It was better than I expected for a pre built. The price was very fair for today's market. The GPU was tightly secured with foam for shipping. Cons: They bent a few of the thin aluminum pieces on the GPU. I believe it was from them pushing the foam onto the GPU to secure it for shipping. Very unfortunate because it was almost perfect. The box was destroyed. The tape on the box had been cut on the top and bottom. I'm surprised it didn't fall out of the box.

I bought this gaming computer for kid for Christmas. The Best Buy guy helping me pick out this one and it was a great choice. Does not get hot. 15 year old loves it.

Been having it for almost 2 years and still works great.

Literally all i needed to do is unbox it, take out the foam, check cables, and plug it into my monitor. It also runs amazing with no issues.

STAY AWAY!!!! This computer had to be sent across the country twice for repairs before the warranty expired. Upon receiving it after the 2nd repair, a cooling fan came broken. They sent me a new one under warranty. That one arrived broken. I requested another one be sent. But now, they said the warranty had expired and that even on a recent repair, there was no warranty extension. I had two unanswered emails sent while still under warranty. When they finally answered, they said it was out of warranty. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, full stop!!!

Incredibly happy with this beast of a machine!!! The computer worked immediately when I tried it out to my immense relief!! (I had just had to return two computers from microcenter that had not worked and was growing very frustrated and worried about getting a PC.) Very very grateful that there was no such issue with this PC and that it worked immediately! Absolute beast of a machine, it demolishes all the PC benchmarking tests I've done. Very very happy and absolutely recommend. The LED lights are also absolutely gorgeous.

When I first got my pc, it didn't even turn on cause of a faulty psu or motherboard, so that's why I returned it and rate it 4 stars. When I got the replacement, it actually turned on like it was supposed to and so far works good except for a scraping sound the back fan sometimes makes. If anything happens to the pc as a result I will update but advice to buyers is to CHECK YOUR PC WORKS. If not, return and ask for either a refund or replacement. $2300+ is a lot of money and it's not worth losing it.

It works but a few driver issues and software incompatibilities. First time I turn it on it says that the Video driver is not compatible with the AMD driver and to go to a link to fix. I did everything they asked and still comes up after installing drivers. That’s what welcomes you every time you turn on the PC. I also couldn’t install some select games into the SSD it comes up as an error but it installs just fine to the external HDD I have plugged in so kinda worrying. These may not be a big deal to some but I’d rather spend an extra few hundred bucks to for something that won’t tell me there’s something wrong with it.

I ordered a cyber power pc and it came broken. This is what I got as an exchange, and it is the best pc I’ve owned! Love it!

overall is good but it has some small problems: like the Bluetooth signal is too weak, Wi-Fi was gone in the Linux system once. And I replaced the desktop first came since it cannot turn on.

Just received mine but I already love it! Super easy to get setup.

This thing is a BEAST. I do gaming but I also do modding. Retextures, Character mods, etc. So I use Blender, Z Modeler3, Gimp, Etc. When ordering this do yourself a favor and buy more ram. I purchased CORSAIR - VENGEANCE LPX 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) C16 and it definitely took this PC to the next level. I've read this runs hot so I purchased a EVGA - CLC 360mm Liquid Cooling System which so far I haven't seen a need to install it yet. This PC runs cool. Apparently CyberPowerPC have figured out the case thermals and fan setup since the previous reviews. Drawing air through the side exiting out of the back and top of the case, The front does vent but is pretty much useless even though I do feel minimal air coming out of it. No one has mentioned what motherboard this comes with nor other information other than in the Q/A 's but not the reviews so I will. The motherboard is an Asus Prime X570-Pro. 1000 watt power supply, The GPU is what they have at time of manufacturing. I was lucky enough to get the Gigabyte RTX 3080 oc Gaming which is the one I was hoping for. Ordered it Sunday, Got it noon time on Tuesday. No too bad, The packaging was in mint condition as was the PC itself. GPU was already installed but had the expandable foam pack keeping it secured nice and tight. Before powering on the unit check the cable management. Because of the foam pack it forced the plug ends that weren't being used into the GPU fans. No biggie to fix. I have yet to hear this thermal throttle . My GTA V mods are 150 gigs over the stock 70 gig game. Every setting maxed out, Using Reshademe shaders and ENB shaders, I'm averaging 80 FPS. Lowest hit was 55 FPS. and that was with cars, people, explosions everywhere, Not to mention a custom high polygon character all in Middle of the city. Control maxed out no issues. This all with a refresh set at 165 hz. It does come with windows 11 and since Microsoft came out with the AMD patch this actually runs on Windows 11 without a problem now. Make sure you update everything. Drivers, Windows, Etc. All around a super fast PC for the money spent.
