Was cautious as I had seen some negative reviews but after using this PC for over a month now I can confidently say it's top notch. Been able to play any game on the highest settings like cyberpunk 2077 or Forza. Also love the case and RGB it comes with. Was able to get it looking exactly like I want it. The only thing I want to change about it is the RAM. Nothing specifically wrong with it but it's super plain compared to the rest of the PC. I should hopefully be set for a long time with this PC and if I should need another for the GF or a friend needs a recommendation I'll definitely steer them towards CyberPower.

Ignore the low-star reviews due to shipping issues. We are reviewing the product, not the shipping process. Mobo - MSI PRO X670-P w/ WIFI 32GB DDR5 (Non-RGB T-force RAM) Large 3-fan CPU Cooler CyberPower Branded Large RGB Fans (6 total) Excellent cable management and fan config for airflow Overall this unit has dominated every game I threw at it with zero hiccups, I couldn't be happier. The only thing I'm not sure of is what power supply is used, but whoever at cyberpower built this unit needs a pat on the back. Excellent job

I recently purchased my first PC, a $2,500 investment, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the CPU heatsink bolts were completely stripped, The PC consistently ran hot during benchmark tests, even with adjustments to eco mode settings. To make matters worse, after just three days of light use, the system started making popping and cracking sounds, and the power supply burnt out. Seeking a resolution, I returned the PC to Best Buy, where my only options were to either return it or contact CyberPower PC directly. Upon contacting CyberPower PC, they offered a free repair service but warned of potential months-long wait times. Frustrated with this prospect, I opted for a return and replacement. However, the replacement options were limited, and I had to settle for a less powerful PC with a 4070 Ti The overall experience has left me extremely disappointed, feeling the need to upgrade immediately. The lack of quality control, combined with the inconvenience of returns and limited replacement options, has soured what should have been an exciting entry into the world of pc gaming.
