Daddy and the Muscle Academy - DVD

Daddy and the Muscle Academy [BLU-RAY] Released 2018 product/publication from Zeitgeist Films

Like most Beastfallen, the half-tiger Mercenary hates witches, but when he's rescued by an odd young woman who turns out to be the witch Zero, he finds himself agreeing to help the annoying magic user search for a missing grimoire. That, unfortunately, means that they could be stuck together for a long time, which becomes increasingly uncomfortable as she inexplicably thinks his feline form is a nice place to nap on! Still, if they succeed, she'll make him human, and as the book contains secrets that could destroy the world, can he really afford to not join her quest for the GRIMOIRE OF ZERO?

Academy Award Billy Bob Thornton (Best Adapted Screenplay, Sling Blade, 1996) has crafted a must-see motion picture as writer, director and star of this darkly humorous comedy treat. Claude (Thornton) and Ruby (Laura Dern) are a couple madly in love but also often at odds. When news reaches them that Claude's uncle has been arrested and charged with murder, they head to the family homestead in Little Rock to lend their support. Outrageous encounters ensue and anything goes as the dysfunctional family reunites down in America's heartland.
