Q: The specs show "base processor speed" of 1ghz. Is it fixed at 1ghz? Seems a bit on the slow side.
A: In looking at this processor model on the intel site it appears it maxes out at top speed of 3.2 ghz. When I saw the price I figured there had to be “something” downgraded. This spec caught my eye as well. Depending on use may not be a big deal, but was trying to do a little more research. Otherwise looks like a great buy.
