A: My wife is the primary user, she does web research in chrome and uses google sheets, office 360 outlook. She says she gets about 4 hrs of battery life.
Q: How is the construction of the laptop? Flimsy,Plastic,Metal,etc..
A: It has a metal frame and is built solid.
Q: Does this laptop have good speaker quality?
A: The speakers of this Dell are pretty average for a laptop at this price point; good enough for a youtube instruction video but not much else. Headphones or powered speakers are a better solution for music. My wife purchased a Dell 2-in-1 with much better speakers but still no great shakes for music. I use a four year old Bose Companion 2 piece powered speaker system and am happy with the way they sound. The current version of what I have is Best Buy item number 8864513.

A: I replaced the 1TB hard drive with a Samsung 860 EVO 500G SSD, Item #6178650. Works pretty well
