The only reason why I did not give this computer 5 stars is because Best Buy sold me a broken computer. I opened the box and the left side leg was broken. I think it may have been refurbished because it was tape where somebody tried to fix it. Grant it, I did not unbox the computer for about two months because I was waiting for a computer. desk, I asked Best Buy could the replace the computer because it was broken,. They said no because it was out of warranty. I told them it was broke coming out the box, I do not want a refund just a computer with two sturdy legs. Best Buy of refused and told me to ask Dell. Dell would not replace it either. I will not shop at Best Buy anytime soon or Dell either. Besides the shabby computer legs the computer worked fine

Needed new PC because my current one couldn't run Windows 11. Love this all in one PC/monitor. So easy to setup. Runs very fast and colors/sharpness of monitor is great. Shout out to PC tech who helped me pick it out! GO GEEK SQUAD!!!

Bought 2 of these machines and paired with 2 external monitors for dual display. One of the 1 machines I had to return as after initial setup - it wouldn't power back on. The other machine was fine - although I noticed it skipped a few items during initial setup. That's the reason for 4 of 5 stars - just a couple initial quicks. Since then - they have been rock solid and good performers!

This computer is great. The screen tilts back so that you can adjust it to your liking. Its a touch screen with very good response to your finger or to a stylus. I love the fact that the camera can be pushed down in case you are like me and get paranoid about having your camera out all the time because of hackers. This computer is great if you dont want to have a modem since its all in one. Comes with a keyboard and mouse but you can always swap those out with cooler ones like I did. This is perfect for daily use like watching movies, typing, doing homework, etc. Im not a gamer so I dont know how it holds up with gaming.

Being a small business, having a reliable computer that can keep up with our demands is a critical component to our continued success & ability to provide for our customers - I was leery of the open box purchase, just because you never know these days what you're going to get, but I couldn't pass up the fact that it was rated as "excellent" for the price point being offered (you'd be foolish NOT to take the deal!). Since this was my first time open box purchase, I will say I am a convert who will take advantage of the open box option when it comes up! The computer works great for our office needs, it's pretty sleek & modern in appearance & feel, and was straightforward and user friendly to set up (not NEARLY the process of years past!). I can confidently say I'd recommend anyone to Best Buy not only for their electronics & entertainment needs, but to also take a chance on the open box deals whenever they can - Best Buy has been great to work with!

I had used an all-in-one computer at work and loved it and I am so glad that I bought the Dell all in one recently. Don’t have to fool with a bulky desktop computer. Makes my life easier.

This is a return Computer and unfortunately it likes to just randomly shut down and then it says that it didn’t restart correctly and so it goes into recovery mode. It’s very temperamental about being turned back on too but again it does the job. But overall, I’m still happy with it.

This computer has been everything I have been looking for and then some. I appreciate the split screen features, touch screen feature, Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. It’s been great for multitasking.

I bought this computer last month and I absolutely love it .. the touch screen feature is awesome.. I could not be any happier with it .. the customer service in store was awesome he helped me pick out a awesome HP printer scanner combo as well 5 stars ;)

The computer is working well. The 24" screen is the perfect size for my mother to see the information displayed. She love it.

I have only had this computer for 30 days now but I really love all the features I have used so far. The colors on the screen are very bright and love the keyboard and mouse. I researched for quite some time before I purchased this particular one and was a pretty good price. However, when I received the request to do a review I also found out this computer is now $200 less than when I purchaesd. Chatted with a wonderful online Customer Care Representation but sadly the return window is only 15 days so I could not do a price match. If you are looking for a good computer this one seems to be so far.

I had the Inspiron 15 laptop for a long time and finally needed to upgrade. I bought this laptop for college classes and playing The Sims! It’s perfect and fulfills its purpose. I love the touch screen feature and the keyboard it’s easy to type on. Plenty of storage space for photos, school files, and game downloads!

Great machine! Very fast! All in one! Family loves it!

The screen is a nice size. It is great for working on instructional design projects through Storyline. The video sometimes glitches and does green flashing so hasn’t been good to use for zoom which is disappointing. I’m hoping to find a fix for the video like an update or something that would fix the problem. It’s cool that the camera can be hidden inside the screen and it can do facial recognition.

I purchased this computer for my mother as her old one was dying and this one hasn't given a single hiccup in over 2+ years. She's also very computer illiterate and hasn't managed to break anything on this yet! Rock Solid.

Awesome Year Later and I’m convinced on getting another !

The Dell computer I bought all in one is good for what I use it for. Runs great got pretty good memory and I would buy another one if I needed it I think it’s a good product.
