Computer Arrived Defective and Warranty Not Ho
I purchased this computer as a used device listed in “excellent condition,” and the listing also stated that it came with a 90-day warranty. However, when I received it and tried to turn it on, only the keyboard lights came on and the screen never showed anything. I attempted several times to start the computer and made sure it was properly charged, but the screen never turned on. The device has never worked since the moment I received it. What is most concerning is that the product was advertised with a 90-day warranty, but now I am being told that the warranty has already expired. Since the computer arrived defective and was sold with a warranty, I believe I am entitled to a refund or a proper solution. I would appreciate your help resolving this issue as soon as possible.
